Location
What are the departure and arrival locations?

BOS Route: Our member coaches depart from Dorchester, near one of our favorite neighborhood gay bars: dbar (1236 Dorchester Ave, Boston, MA). Please arrive 15min prior to departure. Bus leaves promptly as scheduled.

NYC Route: Our member coaches depart from 8th Ave near the corner of W 50th St in Midtown (outside of Carnegie Diner, close to Hell's Kitchen and Times Square), a convenient city center location in Manhattan with access from the CE/123 subway. Line up no more than 15min prior to departure, close to the buildings and out of the way of other pedestrians to wait for your coach's arrival. Your coach will be marked as "The Queen Line" and your driver will assist you will loading at time of departure. The drag hosts will board in Providence, RI (not in NYC).

We arrive in the heart of Provincetown in the proximity of the MacMillan Pier at the bus pick-up and drop-off location on Ryder St Ext. (parallel to Commercial St), ensuring seamless travel.​

Travel Time
How long does the journey take?
The average travel time from NYC is approx. 6 hours, and approx. 2.5hrs from Boston depending on traffic and weather conditions. Travel and arrival times will vary due to traffic conditions during peak season and may be longer.

Member Cards
Do I need a member card?
An electronic member card is used for ID purposes when riding the Queen Line, receiving various member perks, and at member events. Please bring a valid government issued Photo ID on every trip for verification of membership and alcohol consumption.
Amenities
What amenities are available onboard?
Our coaches feature premium leather seats, ample legroom, an onboard bathroom, complimentary snacks, and nonalcoholic beverages for your comfort and convenience.
Pets
Can I bring my pet?
Registered service animals are welcome onboard. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate non-service pets at this time.

Luggage
How many bags can I bring on the Queen Line?
Each member is allowed two large checked bags and one carry-on bag (maximum 25 lbs, 16x12x7 inches).

Reservations
How do I reserve a member ride?
Member trips can be reserved directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Changes & Cancellations
What is your change/cancellation policy?

Refund policies vary depending on the length and nature of the trip.
Please review all policies and terms carefully in the trip details section before completing your booking, as each experience may have specific conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, or credits. -
No-shows are considered a cancellation and non-refundable.

Children
Are children allowed onboard?
To ensure a calm and luxurious travel environment, our service is exclusively available to passengers aged 21 and older.
Accessibility
Is the service accessible for passengers with disabilities?
We are committed to accessibility and have accommodations available for passengers with disabilities. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your departure so we can assist you.​

Food & Beverages
Are food and drinks allowed onboard?
Members may bring food and drinks onboard; however, hot or strong-smelling items are not allowed. Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are provided.
Smoking & Rest Stop
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited onboard. A 15-minute stretch break will be provided approx. halfway between NYC and Provincetown. There is no rest stop on the Boston–Provincetown route due to the shorter distance.
Delays
What happens if the bus is delayed?
We strive to keep our schedule as punctual as possible. In the event of a delay, our team will notify you promptly with updates via email or text.
Seating
Can I select my seat?
No, seat selection is open and is first come, first serve. If you are traveling in a group of 6 or more and would like to be seated together, please notify our team and we will do our best to accommodate your group needs.

Charters
Can I reserve the entire coach for me and my friends or special event?
Yes, our coaches are also available for private member charters. Only members are allowed to reserve a coach for charter. Please reach out to us for more details and pricing.
Payment
How can I pay for my membership?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms for memberships. Payments must be made in advance of any Queen Line travel departure times.
Proof of Purchase
Do I need to print my Queen Line travel reservation?
No, an electronic ride confirmation displayed on your smartphone or electronic device is sufficient. Reservations will be sent to the email provided on your membership profile.

Additional Reservation Terms
Can the Queen Line change or cancel my reservation and/or seat assignment?
The Queen House and The Queen Line reserve the right to modify, reschedule, delay, or cancel any trip at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, operational needs, low ridership, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the rare event that a trip is canceled or rescheduled by the club, affected members will be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the trip or may choose to transfer the reservation to an another date, subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to notify passengers in advance of a changed or cancellation to minimize disruption of travel plans. The Queen House and The Queen Line are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to schedule changes or cancellations. We make every effort to keep and fulfill every trip's itinerary as scheduled.
