Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Queen House & The Queen Line, business entities of Queen Line Coaches LLC. By purchasing a membership or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Queen Line is a members-only service for individuals 21 and over. A valid membership is required to ride.

2. Membership & ID

  • Each member receives a physical membership card with their photo.

  • Cards must be shown when boarding and to access partner benefits.

  • Lost cards may be replaced for a $5 fee.

  • A government-issued ID and member number may be used if needed.

3. Reservations​

  • Reservations must be made via our website or approved booking platform.

  • Seats are first come, first served.

4. Departure & Arrival Locations

Boston, MA
Departs from Dorchester near dbar (1236 Dorchester Ave). Chauffeurs and/or Experience Hosts guide passengers to the coach 10 minutes before departure.

New York City, NY
Departs near 8th Ave & W 50th St (outside Carnegie Diner). Please line up no more than 15 minutes prior to departure. Drag hosts board in Providence, RI.

Provincetown, MA
Arrives at Ryder Street Extension near MacMillan Pier.

5. Travel Time

  • NYC to Provincetown: approx. 6 hours

  • Boston to Provincetown: approx. 2.5 hours
    Times may vary due to traffic or weather.

6. Changes & Cancellations

  • Refund policies vary depending on the length and nature of the trip.
    Please review all policies and terms carefully in the trip details section before completing your booking, as each experience may have specific conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, or credits.

  • No-shows are considered a cancellation and non-refundable.

7. Luggage

  • Includes 2 checked bags + 1 carry-on (max 25 lbs, 16x12x7").

  • Extra bags are $10 each.

  • The Queen Line is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.

8. Amenities

  • Leather seats & extra legroom

  • Onboard restroom

  • Complimentary snacks & non-alcoholic beverages

  • Free Wi-Fi (between Boston and Provincetown only)

9. Food & Smoking

  • Light snacks allowed; no hot or strong-smelling food.

  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

  • A rest break is provided mid-way on NYC routes. No rest stop on BOS routes.

10. Pets

Only registered service animals are permitted onboard. No pets or emotional support animals.

11. Accessibility

Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you require accessible accommodations.

12. Private Charters

Members may reserve an entire coach for private use. All passengers must be active members. Contact us for availability and pricing.

13. Payment

All bookings must be paid in full in advance via major credit cards or digital payment platforms.

14. Proof of Purchase

You do not need a printed ticket. Digital confirmation on your phone or device is sufficient for boarding.

15. Delays & Cancellations by The Queen Line

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or modify trips due to weather, mechanical issues, low ridership, or operational needs.

If a trip is canceled:

  • You may rebook to another available date, or

  • Receive a partial refund equal to the per-ride value of your membership.

We are not responsible for any additional travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellations or delays.

16. Conduct

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in denied boarding or removal without refund. Please respect our team, drag hosts, drivers, and fellow passengers.

17. Privacy Notice

By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

  • We collect your name, photo, contact info, and travel preferences to manage your membership.

  • Your information may be shared with partner businesses so they can offer you perks and exclusive promotions.

  • By providing your information, you authorize The Queen Line to share it within our trusted network to fulfill member benefits.

  • We do not sell your information to third-party advertisers.

18. SMS Messaging

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you agree that we may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

  • You will receive up to 4 messages per month.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (617) 362-5109. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

  • For help, send the word HELP to (617) 362-5109.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • United States Participating Carriers Include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and others.

  • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

  • Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

  • By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though we will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

 

Sharing:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
